The lady my grandpa married after my grandma died is not my grandma. She will never be. My family knows that and so does she. But she makes my grandpa happy and she is a kind lady (most of the time now anyways). I can accept her has my grandpa's wife. And I can accept her as a nice person. And I can remember my grandma and all her smiles and joy, and I can share them with my grandpa's wife.
